Episode 81 - Bordello of Blood

In this week's episode, the gang investigates the infamous vampire brothel with Dennis Miller and Erika Eleniak in the 1996 horror/comedy, Bordello of Blood! Why not start the movie with the Crypt Keeper? Who can stomach so many Dennis Miller one-liners? And do you have an office creep at your job?

Bordello of Blood stars Dennis Miller, Erika Eleniak, Angie Everhart and John Kassir; directed by Gilbert Adler.

It's always wonderful when I see a new podcast, I tell you. Picks me up it does, makes me excited about living again. I sit here at work, seated at a drawing table; I got a bunch of podcasts that I could listen to but which don't excite me so much, and I refresh iTunes, hoping for something... Then a new WHM starts downloading and I perk up immediately. Suddenly I got an honest desire to sit down and work, now that I've got something I really want to listen to. Out of all the podcasts in the world only three do that for me.

I dig it too.

This movie is on You Tube. I was watching while I listened. Everything synched up quite nicely.

This movie would have been so much better if they has cast a straight actor to play the private eye and let the crazy swirl around him.

Miller trying so hard to inject his snark into every scene was just brutal.

I've been an on and off listener for awhile now, but the past few weeks I've been totally obsessed with your show, working my way through the back-catalog. It's just brilliant. Your incredible chemistry and general rifftacularness (a word which here means "effortless ability to riff hilariously and form running gags") is reaching MST3K-levels of hilarious, and you've officially surpassed How Did This Get Made? as my favorite bad-movie podcast.

Now remember all these kind words the next time I need money or a kidney.

They did have Return of Jafar where he fucked up Abys-mal and tried to get it with Jasmine again. it was entertaining.

MOVIE MASH-UP TIME: We take Andrew Dice Clay from "The Adventures of Ford Fairlane" and replace Dennis Miller. Would that make this a better movie? I for one vote yes.lol. Thoughts?
